C.W. Originals Sponsorship Opportunities for Spring 2010
At C.W. Originals we welcome the opportunity
to have your company join our exciting efforts
to produce a unique and profitable show to your area! "C.W. Originals believes your success is our success."
Crystal & Diamond Sponsorships:
1. Your company name will be listed in and on all marketing
materials, to include all mailings, including INTERNET marketing, that will permit us to list you. Your company name will be listed in the the front pages of our beautiful brides program, as well as by category.
2. Your logo an business name, location, website, an phone contact will be listed in all print advertising. You will receive 2 tickets
& invitation to sponsor only breakfast.
3. Your company will have a display of two banners in the Grand Ball Room, one in registration area, an one in each seminar area to be
include during one in registration area, an one in each seminar area
to be include during our wedding workshop, fashion show area.
4. Your company will be given an opportunity toparticipate in our “Premier Wedding Seminar Program.” To held on March 7th, 2010 at the Sierra Lakes Golf Club, Fontana, California.
Show time from 10:00am- 3:00pm.
5. Exhibitor move-in with priority preference selection from 7:00am to 8:30am.
6. This will include your presentation area dedicated to your company, where you can feature your product and services selection.
7. Your company may choose to have your products included in
the featured fashion show, all details are subject to change, without notice. You must notify us in writing and provide details of items to
be used, we do provide all professional models for our shows.
We will have two breathtaking fashion shows at each show.
8. Your company will receive the “Maximize Your One On~ One Program!” Stuffed Bag Program; you will not need to hand out marketing materials, we have them already placed in the bags for the brides. If you would like to give out a bag of your own we can hand them to brides at registration.
9. C.W. Originals will be making announcements during the fashion shows with the names of all our Sponsors. At this time we will ask for a company Representative from your company to join us on stage
for our Grand Prize Drawing in a effort to help the brides & grooms recognize those companies who helped to make this event a success.
10. Your leads will arrive within 8 hours of show closing.

5. You will receive two tickets for your staff members to attend the our new Exhibitors Workshop to be held during March or April,dates to be still confirmed along with location an times.
6. You will be invited to the morning breakfast for sponsors only.
7. Your company may choose to have your products included in the featured fashion show, all details are subject to change, without notice.
